Have Questions?

What types of casualty documents can I send to Archipelago?

You can send loss runs, exposure data, policy terms, claim histories, and other unstructured documents—in any format (PDFs, spreadsheets, images, even screenshots). There’s no need to reformat or use templates. Just email them to lossruns@onarchipelago.com or upload to your Library.

Do I have to review or prepare the files before sending them in?

No prep needed. You don’t need to clean, format, or organize anything. Just send your documents as they are—even if they’re messy. The AI Agent will handle categorization, extraction, and error detection for you.

How long does it take to receive the processed casualty workbook?

Typically, you’ll receive clean, structured, and model-ready output within 15 minutes. This includes a consolidated workbook, visual diagnostics, and a summary of what’s complete or missing from your submission.

Can I give special instructions for how to handle my data?

Yes. Just include any notes in plain language when you send your files (e.g., “Exclude trailers” or “Highlight product liability losses”). You can also communicate with the AI Agent mid-process to adjust or clarify instructions as needed.
