What types of casualty documents can I send to Archipelago?

You can send loss runs, revenue, income statements, payrolls, vehicle listsin any format (PDFs, spreadsheets, images, even screenshots). There’s no need to reformat or use templates. Just email them to casualty@onarchipelago.cc or upload to your Library.

What can the Agent help me with?
  • Conversion of loss run PDFs to CSV files. This makes it easier for brokers to copy and paste the data into their own systems. 
  • Analysis of claims data for Auto Liability, Workers Comp, and General Liability.  A generalized workbook is provided where the claims are conveniently organized. 
Do I have to review or prepare the files before sending them in?

No prep needed. You don’t need to clean, format, or organize anything. Just send your documents as they are—even if they’re messy. The Agent will handle categorization, extraction, and error detection for you.

How long does it take to receive the processed casualty workbook?

Typically, you’ll receive clean, structured, and model-ready output in about 60 minutes. This includes a consolidated workbook, visual diagnostics, and a summary of what’s complete or missing from your submission. Note, that some documents (e.g., some GL documents) or custom instructions cases may take up to 24 hours. 

Can I give special instructions for how to handle my data?

Yes. Just include any notes in plain language when you send your files (e.g., “Exclude trailers” or “Highlight product liability losses”). You can also communicate with the Agent mid-process to adjust or clarify instructions as needed.

How do I get started?

If you're already a user of Archipelago platform, simply email your casualty files to casualty@onarchipelago.cc.
